Easy to Use
- Bring the batter to room temperature
- All ingredients along with salt are perfectly blended, you may add a bit more if you prefer
- For dosas
- add little water (50ml for 500gm batter) to get your desired consistency
- Mix well with your bare hands for 1-2 minutes to invoke the magic
- After tawa has cooled down properly, gently spread the batter, then put the flame from medium to high to cook it.
- After making dosa, keep the Tawa away from the flame and wipe it with a wet cloth to cool it down.
- For Idli
- Mix well and use batter directly
- Don’t completely fill the mold, leave space for the idli to become fluffy and soft.
